After the Inspection:
Q: I've heard that many home inspection reports are boiler-plate. What are
your reports like, and when will the report be available?
A: Our reports are available the day after the inspection and contain a check-list of
observable items and a three to six page narrative list of "highlights" composed specifically for that property.
Q: If I have questions about
the report or about the property after I purchase it, can I contact you?
A: After the inspection, we are always happy to respond to follow-up questions.
